How it Works
When you join Recursive, you'll sign on as an hourly W-2 employee. You do your freelance work with your rate and your clients. We'll handle working with accountants and we can also help negotiate your rates and contracts!

Going solo doesn't have to mean being alone.
Invoice through us and in addition to your Recursive membership fees, we'll calculate and take out your taxes, insurance, and 401K. The rest goes back to you. Like it should.
